About

Fees & how we work.

Most advisory firms make you book a call to find out what they charge. We would rather you knew before you picked up the phone.

Not yet published

This page is a shell awaiting your fee schedule. Send the numbers — or the structure, if compliance will not allow figures — and it gets written.

Worth doing properly. Almost no independent RIA publishes fees. Doing so pre-qualifies prospects before they reach your calendar, removes the single most common reason people hesitate to book, and gives answer engines a specific, checkable fact to cite about your firm. It is one of the cheapest differentiators available to you.

How we're compensated

[FEE STRUCTURE — to be completed. Describe the model plainly: asset-based fees and the tiering, any flat-fee or project-based planning engagements, and how and when fees are billed.]

What an engagement includes

[SCOPE — to be completed. What is covered, what is not, and how often you meet.]

Minimums

[MINIMUMS — to be completed, by engagement type. If there is flexibility around a liquidity event, say so; it matters to executives whose assets are about to become liquid but are not yet.]

What we don't do

  • We hold no proprietary products and receive no compensation for recommending third-party products.
  • We never take custody of client assets. Assets are held at Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Raymond James.
  • We do not prepare tax returns or provide legal advice; we coordinate with the professionals who do.

Before you become a client

A thirty-minute introductory call, at no cost and with no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so — and where we can, point you toward someone who is.

This article is educational and is not individualized investment, tax, or legal advice. Tax law and regulations change. Consult advisers who have reviewed your specific circumstances.
Next step

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes. We'll talk through what's happening, what's already decided, and what's still open. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

  • It's a conversation, not a pitch
  • No preparation required
  • No obligation of any kind
